Arlee Grace was born at 33w+6d in Sydney at Nepean Hospital. She spent 6 weeks in the Nepean NICU before being transferred back home to Dubbo NICU 5 hours away.
Arlee was born early due to severe growth restriction and was born weighing a mere 1.2kgs. Arlee was then transferred again back to the Children’s hospital at Westmead NICU for obstruction investigations.
Arlee spent 7 weeks here before finally coming home. Arlee was given only 3 diagnosis’s while in utero. Still born, neonatal death or life long dialysis. Arlee has overcome all these diagnosis’s and is now absolutely thriving. She loves swimming & water! She’s an absolute sticky beak and loves being involved with everything going in around her.
Arlee is learning so much through Early Intervention! She definitely lights up every ones day. Where ever we go she’s always smiling at everyone and she gets so many compliments.
Everyone who comes in contact with her are just in awe of her. She is such a beautiful little social butterfly.
